What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship out, although they can always be shipped out earlier! You will receive your tracking information once your order is shipped.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Dream Infinite has a strict NO RETURN policy, but  
we do offer FULL refunds if the product is damaged or misplaced by USPS. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent then unfortunately it can’t be canceled nor returned.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
 If you realize that you placed an order with an invalid address, email me BEFORE your order ships out and I will cancel the order and refund you. 

After your order ships out I am no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order; the order will arrive to whatever address you entered in at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Because all orders are shipped via Priority Mail, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays!)
